Gabriel Gutierrez has been in the real estate industry for over 20 years. His first experience in real estate started as a young teenager working alongside his father in construction renovating residential properties..

In 2004, Gabriel joined Advantage Title, a leading title company on Long Island. His unique customer service background and the ability to connect with people allowed him to grow within the company, from hiring and managing staff to ultimately becoming a Vice President.

While in the title industry, Gabriel obtained a Real Estate Salesperson license and became a successful realtor.

With his achievements as a realtor, Gabriel decided to take his career to another level, obtaining a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license. Now licensed in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Florida as a MLO, and with his extensive background in title, construction, and selling and buying homes as a Realtor, Gabriel has expertise in all areas of the home buying process.

Gabriel was born and raised in Queens and now resides in Nassau County with his wife and two children, ages 24 and 21.
