The Commercial Process
1. Initial Consultation

Shopping the deal to a variety of lenders is key, as lenders have different requirements and rates can vary greatly.
Amortization periods, legal costs and commitment fees, as well as risk assessment will be different at each lending institution.
Each lender is carefully vetted, rates and length of amortization are negotiated, and the best match is determined for each client.
4. Client Approval and Closing
The complete financing package is presented back to the client, and once approved, our expert team will guide the transaction smoothly to closing.
